Performance Electrolytes are a training hydration formula designed to replace key minerals lost through sweat and support fluid balance during exercise. Each serving contains sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, taurine, vitamin C and a precise micro-dose of glucose.

Sodium is the primary electrolyte lost in sweat and plays a central role in fluid balance, nerve function and muscle contraction. We use 600 mg per serving which sits at the physiological sweet spot - enough to maintain plasma volume whilst minimising gastric upset.

We use citrate and malate mineral forms - up to 3x more bioavailable than chloride blends used in many sports drinks, and dramatically easier on the gut.

Biology doesn't care about diet trends.

Most hydration brands chase the zero-sugar label. SYSTM uses a precise 2.5 g micro-dose of glucose because sodium-glucose co-transport is one of the body's key mechanisms for absorbing sodium and water in the gut.
